Welcome to Vroo. We are a brand dedicated to the spirit of the asphalt, designed specifically for enthusiasts of Japanese engineering, racing heritage, and pure motor culture.

Our collection of T-shirts and hoodies is inspired by the speed, precision, and aesthetics of the motorcycle world. We don't just sell apparel; we sell the lifestyle of the rider. Whether you are on the track or the street, Vroo ensures you ride in style.

Payment & Confirmation

To ensure efficiency and prioritize serious riders, we operate on a partial advance payment model.

Policy: Customers are required to pay 50% of the total product price in advance to confirm the order.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped until this advance payment is verified. This policy helps us reduce shipping cancellations and guarantees faster delivery times for everyone.

Shipping Information

We deliver across Egypt, ensuring your gear reaches you wherever the road takes you.

Rate: Flat rate of 55 EGP to all governorates.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping times apply based on your location.

Inspection, Returns & Exchanges

We value transparency. To ensure your complete satisfaction, customers are allowed and encouraged to inspect the product upon delivery while the courier is present.

1. Inspection on Delivery:
Please check your item when it arrives. If the size or quality does not meet your expectations during the inspection, you may decline the receipt. In this case, you only pay the shipping fee.

2. Post-Delivery Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only):
Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days ONLY in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or product issue.

Defective Items: If the product has a defect, Vroo covers the return shipping cost.
Non-Defective Items: Since inspection is available upon delivery, returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues are not accepted after the courier has left.
Time Limit: After 14 days, no returns or exchanges are accepted, except for proven manufacturing defects.
