Welcome to Vroo. By accessing our website and purchasing our motorcycle-themed apparel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment & Order Confirmation

To ensure a commitment to the production and delivery of our specialized gear, Vroo follows this protocol:

Customers must pay 50% of the product price in advance to confirm any order.
Orders will not be shipped until the advance payment is completed.
This policy helps us guarantee faster delivery and reduce shipping complications.

2. Shipping & Data Privacy

We provide nationwide shipping across Egypt at a flat rate of 55 EGP to all governorates.

🛡️ Privacy Commitment:

We value your privacy. All personal data and information provided during the order process are strictly protected. Your details are shared only with the shipping company for the sole purpose of delivering your order. No third party outside the delivery process will ever have access to your private information.

3. Inspection, Returns & Exchanges

A. Inspection on Delivery:
Customers are allowed to inspect the product upon delivery while the courier is present.

B. Return Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are permitted within 14 days ONLY for manufacturing defects or product issues.

If a defect exists, Vroo covers the return shipping cost.
The customer pays the shipping fee only once (on the initial delivery).
Since inspection is available upon delivery, returns for non-defective items are not accepted after the courier leaves.
After 14 days, returns are not accepted except for confirmed manufacturing defects.

4. General Provisions

Vroo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
