Before You Contact Us

Most inquiries are related to shipping and payments. Please review our core policies below to save time.

💰 Order Confirmation

To confirm any order, a 50% advance payment of the total product price is required.

Orders are not shipped until this advance payment is completed. This ensures faster processing and delivery for serious buyers.

🚚 Shipping Cost

We offer a flat shipping rate for all deliveries across Egypt.

Cost: 55 EGP (All Governorates).

📦 Inspection on Delivery

We encourage you to inspect your product immediately upon arrival while the courier is present.

If the product does not meet your expectations during inspection, you may decline receipt and only pay the shipping fees.

🔄 Returns & Defects

After Delivery: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days ONLY if there is a manufacturing defect.

Defects: We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
Non-Defects: Returns for sizing or preference are not accepted after the courier leaves (inspection is available on delivery).
